Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment method or agreed payment option.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment platform and banking service.

Extra charges such as toll tax, parking, state tax, driver allowance, extra kilometer, and extra hour charges are non-refundable once the trip has started.
